A replacement oil dipper for the end cap of the connecting rod on all Lister CS engines.

Over the years there were two different lengths of dipper used on the genuine Dursley built Lister CS engines. These replacements are made to the later, longer design but can be used on the early engines which require the shorter dipper if required by chopping approximately 1/2" off the end. It will be immediately apparent if the dipper is too long for your engine as it will hit on the oil sump splash tray.

We are often asked what way round this should be when mounted in the engine, the best advice we can give is to think of it like a knife edge to cut through the oil not a flat paddle.

A pair of split pins the correct size for the bing end bolts of all Lister CS and Listeroid engines.

A set of two Lister CS connecting rod end cap nuts and bolts supplied complete with chemi blacked castellated nuts.

These are threaded 1/2" UNF x 20 TPI.

A quality set of four stamped shims, an essential requirement to assist in the fitting of big end shells correctly.

Due to customer requests we have made available a standard grease nipple with the correct 1/8 BSP thread to be used as a direct replacement of the brass greaser that was originally fitted to the rocker gear of Lister CS engines. This has the added benefit of enabling the use of a conventional grease gun making for quicker and easier lubrication.

A set of three 7/16" Whitworth brass dome nuts as commonly found on the Lister D cylinder head but could be used for any application requiring this size of Whitworth nut.

Lister JP gudgeon pin equivalent to Lister P/N 010-04003

A high pressure fuel line for connection between the fuel pump outlet and the injector inlet.

Equivalent to Lister part number 8-3-157 and 008-03157.

Suitable for fitting to single cylinder Lister CS engines and the number one cylinder on Lister CS twin cylinder engines.

The compression change over valve handwheel instruction plate rivets suitable for both genuine Lister CS engines and Indian made Listeroid engines.

Supplied in a pack of eight rivets.

Phosphor bronze small end (connecting rod) bush P/N 5-1/D7A or 8-4-7-1.

Suitable for Listeroid CS models 10-1, 12-1, 20-2 & 24-2.

A quality 5/16" by 3/4" long whitworth bolt. This size is commonly used on the Lister CS engines but could be used for any application requiring this size of Whitworth bolt.
