Service Exchange Program.
The service exchange concept has been developed as a more efficient and economical service for you, our valued customer. Instead of being faced with a high price for new units, we can provide lower price and shorter lead times for reconditioned parts, sent directly from our stock. All you need to do is ensure you return the used parts to us within 14 days of receiving the new parts.
Worried about forgetting to send the old parts back? We understand your concern well, and will help to make it easy. A notice with the returns address will be sent together with your ordered parts as a reminder and the box used to dispatch the goods will be suitable for reuse as a return packaging providing it is opened with care. Notification emails will be sent, when the deadline is approaching without us having received your used parts.
All service exchange parts are priced and sold conditional to the return to us of a "Core" unit. We require the core back in a viable and rebuildable condition in order to remanufacture it back to original specification. Without the return of a viable core unit we incur a cost to replace this core. Failure to return an old core unit will result in a surcharge which will vary depending upon the item in question, typically this is £55.00 plus VAT but can vary for rare or more complex parts.
