Wipac Wico Type A Points Set

I purchased the points set for a Wipac Series A magneto.

I found that the plastic / composite material that the metalwork was mounted on was rubbing on a screw head on the magneto. I had to gently file the plastic away till it no longer caught on the screw head.

Check before using that the moving points will not touch any other component.

A set of points and a condenser, and i’ve coaxed an old JAP-engined rotovator back to work.

They fit after manipulation.

Advantages: They are new.

Disadvantages: The fixed point has to be bent to make the faces meet squarely.
