High quality injector nozzles for the early Lister TS and STW range of Diesel engines built before 1993.

This fits Lister STW2 and STW3 water cooled engines, and TS1, TS2 and TS3 air cooled engines, fitted with injector assembly 99/436, 99/500S, NSDLB046D0483 and 201-90463. This is commonly known as the 'large' type nozzle, fitted to injectors made by Lucas/Bryce, that have a removable top cap

Equivalent to Lister Petter P/N 201-81395 or Bryce HL140S25D881P2 which is used on early Lister TS engines made prior to 1993 using injector P/N 201-90463 only.

Subject: S-size Injector 99/436 & NSDLB046D0483

Application: R A Lister and Company Limited TS and STW Engines.

Change: From November 1985 the above injector is superseded by injector 99/500S. All components remain the same apart from the nozzle assembly. The new nozzle assembly, HL140S25D881P2, is a reduced lift version on the old nozzle assembly, HL140S25D693P2.

Reason: The change permits more consistent engine performance.

Inter-changeability: The two types of injector are completely inter-changeable and it is permissible to mix them on an engine set. However, it is recommended that the engine set is changed to the new type when servicing is due.

If the injector is converted to the latest type by fitting nozzle HL140S25D881P2, the typecode on the holder body should be altered to 99/500S.
