For applications where an endless belt is required we can join the open length Balata material with a special hot vulcanising technique that effectively provides and endless smooth overlap join for a clean, quiet and smooth belt operation.

This type of join is stronger than any of the mechanical fixings we have available and is without doubt the best option where quiet operation is required. No clickety clack of joiners passing over pulleys!

By adding this item to your basket we will perform a single vulcanised join to any required length of 3 ply belting up to 4" wide that is purchased from the website at the same time.

Simply add the open length of belting and a join of the applicable size to cover the width and ply rating of the belt material to your basket and advise us of the final belt length required in the "customer notes" section upon checkout. Please make sure you purchase sufficient open length of belt from the website Balata belting section to form the final closed loop belt length required and allow up to 10 working days for the process to be completed plus delivery time.
