This customer purchased the item at our site.

the gland packing was just what we required for our lister H2 pump. But when i emailed asking what I needed for a H2 pump the reply was not very helpfull I expected the sales team to know what size I needed and how long. For future reference a Lister H2 pump needs 1/2 gland packing and 3 feet is just enough to do both glands.

Note from SEP - Thank you Robert for the feedback, I will bear this in mind for future reference. We try our best but we don't know everything all the time!
