Paragon Anti Corrosive Zinc Phosphate Grey Primer

This u/coat adhered well to the vice i refurbished & covered small blemishes nicely.

Disadvantages: 1/2 ltr tins are too big for one off, small restoration jobs.

Covers well, leaving a smooth flat finish, although I found that thinning the paint gave a better result when brush coating.

Advantages: Good coverage, smooth finish

Disadvantages: None found

First time i have used a primer but goes on well by brushing or rolling

I bought Paragon Primer for my Lister D restoration project. An excellent product and very good service

Grey Primer - bought to prime my Record #24 restoral along with the Roundel Blue.
Ordered both and got delivery within 3 days. Both packed well, and lids clipped to avoid damage enroute.

Advantages: Brushes on really well, and lays flat so no lines. Have yet to use the blue but I expect the same results.


Disadvantages: Would be good to be able to buy smaller tins as loads left over after one time use.
