Oil Filter Kit
This is an inline oil filter kit supplied with a Lister Petter type filter to enable you to have filtered oil after the oil pump on your Lister CS or Listeroid engine. Simply remove your existing single steel or copper pipe and replace it with this new kit. Not suitable for radiator cooled engines.
Spare filter cartridges are also available separately from the drop down menu for this product.

Oil Pump Tappet Seal 1/2
A good quality 1/2" oil seal for use in the bottom section of the Lister CS cam shaft support casting which holds the oil pump tappet with foot.
This seal prevents the oil from leaking past the tappet assembly and presses into the casting from underneath. An often missed but critical seal!
Suitable for both original Lister CS engines and Indian Listeroid engines.

Modern dispersant additives keep combustion chamber contamination suspended in the lubricant, allowing full flow cartridge filters to remove it. Early oil filtration, usually in the form of a mesh gauze or strainer, is not efficient enough to remove this suspended material. Golden Film Oils are low dispersant oils and allow the suspended matter to drop harmlessly into the sump.
