Alligator style lacing offers an economical, low-profile belt splice that is hammer applied.

These belt lacing's are similar to the Alligator style lacings manufactured by Flexco. A length of the clip cut the width of your belt and hammered in at each on of the belt, the supplied pin is then inserted through the interlacing teeth to secure the two ends neatly together.
This No 15 size is suitable for use with pulleys of 64mm or greater diameter and will work with belting that is 3.2 to 4mm thick. This is the best size for narrow widths of 3 ply belting due to the higher number of teeth per inch of joiner.
